You have a lot of patience! I tend to be nicer to players, simply because I don't know what's been going on with them. They may have had a horrendous day, and are playing for a little stress-detox time. I always want to give the benefit of the doubt. But, I still find myself more surprised at PuGs that go well, then those that end in disaster.

I find that I have quite a bit of patience when it comes to people who are obviously new or don't know the fight yet. I'll explain tactics and I'll stay through the wipes. I had a ZG run the other day that took more than 3 hours because I had 2-3 people who had never been there. It was frustrating wiping on everything, and the first and last boss almost seemed impossible - but eventually we got it. And they even thanked me at the end for my patience, not kicking them from the group and giving tactics. While 3 hours was a bit more than I'd originally bargained for, at least at the end it felt worth it. Hopefully next time they join for a ZG they know what to do.

I'll admit though, if I get snotty people who are rude, I find it difficult not to get annoyed. I can deal with people who are new, or don't know tactics - but I can't deal with snotty know-it-alls who are rude to everyone.
