I noticed an orange glow on the snow, then turned around to see this giant dragon spewing flames off in the distance. Most of the area was engulfed in flames (I happened to be just outside the zone he torched).

An impressive sight indeed!

I recently spent some time there getting the Wintersaber mount on my Warlock. I had started before it turned into daily quests but ended up not having the time/energy. So now that it changed, I obviously had to go back and finish it ;)

There are a lot of zones that are really beautiful, it’s a shame we have few reasons to visit them. I still sometimes fly across Winterspring while I’m doing Archaeology though, there’s a digsite or two there :)
