Any skilled tailor can make it for you. I WOULD suggest grabbing the mats (Earth, Air, Fire, and Water) now before 4.3 hits, as I suspect prices will shoot up at that point as everyone that likes that robe (and it’s a looker, no doubt) gets one made.
