There are lots of RP guilds out there.
I know, I’ve been a member of a few of them.
RP/PvP guilds, Race Specific guilds, Heavy/Medium/Light RP guilds. There is a Plethora, no a Cornucopia of RP guilds out there!
Why in the heck does the WoW server-verse need another RP guild?
Well…that’s a good question.
Truth be told, it doesn’t “need” anything. It’s a game. There isn’t shortage of anything in WoW.
…except Hunters. We always need MOAR HUNTERS!

Any suggestions on Realms, Faction and Theme(s)?

Needs more *correctly-played-and-valued* Holy Paladins. That’s what we need more of.

Interesting….interesting indeed.
I always thought it would be fun to have a guild on each faction of a server and run as bounty hunters. Contracts and what not could be offered up, with proper rewards of course, both player and non. Of course, if you went the “player” route then you’d have to roll PvP. While I recognize the overall idea might not be for everyone, the scenario does allow for an ample diversity of character options.
I saw something like that on BWR, back in the day. You could request a contract on the server forums, and a screen shot would be supplied when the act was done.
I once thought of having a pvp/rp guild, with a WSG motiff. Everyone would have to eventually be exalted with them, and wear their tabard at guild events…
Well, that was before I started running WSG.

I’m probably one of the few that still likes that BG best, particularly in the trial account bracket.
I was thinking you could have “contacts” in which several officers and a GM would offer up the contracts that were being sought and pay out accordingly. Sometimes they’d be legit (a la the forums) and sometimes it would just be a fun challenge. A couple could actually team up to collect the goods.
Of course, an interesting caveat to that could be real death. If the character was killed, they would be deleted. Otherwise I suppose there is no real fear of failing. But again, I’m just thinking out loud and know how crazy my mind works some days…not everyone is wired for the same fun.
